Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, any items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that arrive damaged, missing original packaging, or showing any signs of use will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the buyer's expense.
To start a return, contact us at hello@coppermirrorpress.com. As a small, independent publisher, we are unable to provide free return shipping at this time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where the return is due to our error (see "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" below).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will confirm the address and provide an RMA number to include with your shipment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of the issue and your order number.
For verified defects, damage, or fulfillment errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and, at your option, send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including original shipping. This process is separate from standard returns and is not subject to the buyer-paid return shipping policy above.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase or on gift cards. Items not marked "final sale" remain eligible for return under the standard policy.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@coppermirrorpress.com as soon as possible. We will accommodate cancellation requests when the order has not yet shipped; once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it must be processed as a return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method (for example, an expired card or closed account), we will issue store credit of equivalent value.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@coppermirrorpress.com.
International Orders
We do not ship internationally at this time.
