Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment The Copper Mirror Weekly Planner (5787 Edition) is a pre-order item expected to ship to customers by June 30, 2026. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping is available via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.

Pre-Order Orders All pre-order purchases are charged in full at the time of purchase. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. Expected ship date is June 30, 2026. Copper Mirror Press works with an independent print manufacturer to produce the planner, and while we hold our production partners to high standards, unforeseen delays in printing or fulfillment can occasionally occur. In the event of a production delay that affects the expected ship date, customers will be notified by email as soon as possible with a revised timeline. Customers may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of receiving that delay notification if the revised ship date is not acceptable to them. After 14 days, the order will be considered confirmed under the updated timeline. The cancellation window applies to the first notification of a delay. Subsequent timeline updates for the same delay event do not reset the cancellation eligibility period.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your planner arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@coppermirrorpress.com with your order number and a photo clearly showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Copper Mirror Press is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to make address changes once an order has been shipped. If you need to update your address prior to shipment, contact us immediately at hello@coppermirrorpress.com with your order number.
